On the heels of all 50 states in the USA officially legalizing public breastfeeding we are thrilled to kick off this year's World Breastfeeding Week! Designated by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a week we celebrate awareness, diversity and the importance of breast milk World Breastfeeding Week has become an opportunity to spotlight moms, babies and the important work of organizations and companies around the world.
Moms Pump Here is kicking off the week with lots planned for our moms around the globe. From great breastfeeding information and blogs to giveaways and events! Here is how we are kicking it off:
4th Annual Virtual Latch On
There are so many Latch On events happening around the globe to bring awareness to the importance of breastfeeding. But many moms cannot participate. Moms Pump Here created the Virtual Latch On in 2015 to encourage moms everywhere to get latched. With the initial launch of our #breastfeedingselfie Sundays we encouraged moms to share breastfeeding selfies all year around. It was such a success and quickly became normalized as moms actively share their breastfeeding photos we decided to create an official celebration for the LATCH! Join us for the month of August as we kick off our tradition with the 4th Annual Virtual Latch On starting with World Breastfedding Week and continuing with National Breastfeeding Month.
The Mama Ladder Mama Spring Break
We are excited to share and be part of the 2019 Mama Spring Break hosted by The Mama Ladder!!
