Hard Rock Stadium (formerly Sun Life Stadium) and the Miami Dolphins have a Nursing Room for guests moms to breastfeed and breast pump on game days and other events. It has a private air-conditioned feeding and sitting area, television, changing table and vanity sink with mirror.
LOCATION:
Moms can Travel over to section 153 to pump or nurse. Be aware there might be other parents there waiting as with other mothering room destinations at stadiums and arenas. It's first come first serve.
HardRock Stadium also have first aid stations at the following locations if the nursing room have a long wait.
The corridors in Hard Rock stadium can get very windy like a wind tunnel effect, so please be careful when moving about with your baby and stroller.
Traveling with Kids to Hard Rock Stadium

Before game time you might be able to see the home team and visiting team warm up before the game starts. It's good entertainment for the kids. When the teams come onto the field, home team (Miami Dolphins) enter through the South West Tunnel. The visiting team enters through the North West Tunnel.
