| Describe for Traveling Moms: Mom Katherine B. reported that Tanger Outlet Mall in Howell, Michigan has a very nice spacious, and clean nursing mothers room and a family room, both located by the restrooms, but are separate (not inside the restroom, a nice positive.) The room has comfy padded seating, lockable door, baby changing station, and an outlet.
