Tanger Outlets at the Arches (also called Tanger Outlets Deer Park) have a women's restroom available with a separated designated nursing area for breastfeeding and breast pumping moms. It has a rocking chair and diaper changing table. Quite a few moms often breastfeed on the chairs right outside this women's restroom.
