Harrods in London has an official policy that is OK with breastfeeding, but mamy of their staff are not informed of it. You can breastfeed in public there. As an option, there are dedicated nursing rooms to breastpump or breastfeed.

General Overview:
Beautifully decorated, very clean and has some amenities. There are also many nursing rooms available in the building so you don't have to wait for a nursing room if it is not available. However, the lack of power outlets in the cubicles may make expressing milk more inconvenient. In addition, privacy may be compromised as the doors of the cubicles cannot be locked. You don't have to worry much about security, there's usually a staff on duty to make sure that the nursing room was clean and not misused.
