In downtown Chicago, Water Tower Place has a women's restroom on the fourth floor that includes a nursing mothers area.

This area though not having the ideal location for a nursing moms space, offer a seat, sink included in the bathroom, an outlet, and a baby changing table.

Most moms do not like this setup but use it anyway until theshopping center offer a better dedicated nursing mothers room.

There might be other individual stores in the mall that offer a better space of their own.
