This nursing room is located inside the kid's play room, it's very quiet, moms can nurse and pump. The room has adjustable lighting, several rocking chairs, foot stools, electrical outlets and side tables. Military families can also access the Mothers' Room in the USO located on the mezzanine level of the Main Terminal.

The room has a few rocking chairs and a small table next to each chair. It’s quiet. The only thing it’s missing is a changing table and a sink. It’s better than nothing! NOTE. The other breastfeeding rooms on the SeaTac airport maps are single “pods” not an actually room. A pod meaning a small container shoved next to a busy coffee shop. I had to truck down to the room at a18 because someone was using the pod at the D gates for over an hour. I imagine a weary traveler found a quiet place to rest or a junkie found a nice place to shoot up. Plan on using the A18 room.

Located inside the children's play area. There are 3 rocking chairs and enough privacy to pump or nurse in private.

Comfortable and convenient that they offer one. Only cons were that it was very hot and stuffy (you're likely hoofing it from across the airport so are hot when you get there) and they offered Purel but the dispenser was empty.
