St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)

St Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) has setup a nice cozy and private room for traveling nursing moms post-security in the Gate 2-6 area. The lactation room was designed and built by the airport to make pumping and nursing easier for mothers with accompanying infants or those who need to express breast milk  at regular intervals while away from their baby.

The room is located next to the restrooms and has many amenities beneficial to new mothers, including a recliner, table, electrical outlets, sanitary wipes and a bench for additional family seating. The airport has also stocked the room with toys to keep children entertained.

The room can be accessed by security code, which mothers can obtain by calling the airport.
