University of North Carolina - North Carolina Botanical Garden, the Chapel Hill spot as a mothers room designated for breastfeeding and breastpumping in the Allen Education Center, next to the restrooms in the exhibit hall.
Moms don’t need special access to use it. It's always open, unless it's occupied by other nursing moms.
