The Nomad Hotel in midtown Manhattan (New York City) has a Handicap restroom in the bar area. It has a chair, sink and outlet. So nursing moms in this area who need to breast pump could use this as a makeshift lactation space if there is nothing else around.
Note: This is not a dedicated lactation room, and feel free to ask hotel staff for help finding other suitable spaces with more privacy to breast pump.
