The family lounge is on the first floor, in the JCPenney court. The area includes three nursing stalls with an armchair, ottoman, outlet, and curtain. There are also family restrooms, a changing area, and couches with a TV. I wish I could give this site extra stars based on an email interaction I had with a mall manager. The first time I visited the family lounge area as an exclusively pumping mom, I was disappointed and frustrated to find that the nursing stalls did not have outlets. I emailed the mall management to suggest installing outlets. I quickly received an email back that they immediately started pricing out the best way to make this happen. On my next visit to the mall a couple weeks later the stalls had outlets. The best part- the manager who I was in touch with was a pumping mom herself!
