Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, Virginia Potomac's have a brand new restroom in the Neighborhood 1 Fashion District with a private lounge solely for nursing mothers, and it also has a baby changing station.

Potomac also have several other family restrooms that feature a separate family lounge area with a couch often used by moms to breastfeed their babies. They're not designated nursing rooms, but they're always mainly occupied by nursing moms and their children.

Buy buy baby has a designated feeding room near the bathrooms in the back. That’s has two swivel chairs, a baby warmer, and a place to change your baby should you need to. So relieved I found this

In the restroom area, just around the corner from TJMaxx, there is a nursing room. It is private and you can lock the door. There are three swivel chairs in there, a TV, a changing table and towel dispenser and a trash can. There is plenty of space for a stroller, even a double one. Not sure when the chairs were wiped last, but they can be easily wiped.
