Union Station in Kansas City has a nursing room available in the Women's restroom in Festival Plaza. It has a simple chair, a round metal top table, an electric outlet, and a baby changing table. it's not the most ideal lactation space for moms, as moms have said it's very stuffy, lacks ventilation, and the chair is not comfortable.

Feels like a prison cell. The chairs are just folding chairs. I had to pump so didn't feel I had a choice. If my daughter was with me I would've nursed out on a bench, it might've been more comfortable. Plus, my baby deserves to hear something other than toilet flushes while she eats.

The chairs are awful. Aside from the fact that's it's the only one in all of Union Station, it's in a little room with the only changing table. So you're taking it up for other moms that might just want to change a diaper real quick
