At Brookshire Texas WIC Office our dedicated Mother’s room has a comfortable rocking chair, soft lighting, a sink and a refrigerator. to temporarily store pumped milk. We promote and support breastfeeding families as a way to help normalize breastfeeding in public. Moms away from home traveling with their infants still need to nurse them so this room come in very handy for those that want a quiet spot to feed, and the amenities inside are very much needed for mothers who express milk with manual or electric pumps.
