Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) now offer traveling breastfeeding and breast pumping moms a Mamava mother’s lactation suite. Nursing parents can now access a quiet place to pump or breastfeed when they travel with the addition of this breastfeeding pod.

The Mamava nursing pod is equipped with electrical outlet, fold down changing table, comfortable seating, room for stroller, controllable airflow, good lighting, and room for extra child traveling along. Download the mamava app to get a code to access the breastfeeding pods.

NOTE: Both North Carolina state law and US federal law protect a nursing mothers right to breastfeed in any public or private place, and exclude public breastfeeding from indecency laws.
