Richmond International Airport Lactation Room

Richmond International Airport now have a dedicated nursing room for traveling breastfeeding and breast pumping moms located in the B console.

Other Options (If lactation room has a long wait) you can use the family restrooms located adjacent to the upper level ticketing lobby, baggage claim area and in each concourse, Concourse A and B.

This is not ideal for feeding your baby, since others intrude and theirs a toilet which makes breastfeeding or breast pumping here an unattractive idea.

We recommend asking permission from the information desk to use any other vacant more private room to express breastmilk, or call them ahead of time, (804) 226-3000.

Virginia is a breastfeeding friendly state so you can bravely breastfeed anywhere in the airport you feel comfortable.
