Neiman Marcus department store at Copley Place has a ladies lounge located in the back right corner of the gifts, china, and crystal section on the first floor. 

It's not an official mothers lounge and there is no baby changing table, but many moms use this quiet area to breastfeed their infants while shopping or browsing through.
