Pensacola International Airport - PNS (formerly Pensacola airport and Pensacola Gulf Coast Regional) has a separate nursing room apart from normal restrooms that contain a large chair, a sink, and changing table.

It should be noted, though, that at Pensacola International Airport, the nursing mothers room is located outside of the security zone, which means it's more difficult to get back in once you've passed security checkpoint.
