A private room for nursing mothers is in the Knoxville City County Building. The room, is on the third floor of the building. 

Mommy and baby amenities include a comfy padded seating and agreeable lighting. A diaper changing station has also been added to the room. 

It's open now to nursing mothers of the public who come in, or women attorneys who have business in the City County Building. If you're there with an infant, you can nurse them and change them.
