Neiman Marcus at the Natick Mall has a very nice and spacious nursing mothers room located toward the back as reported by several moms who frequent that mall.
The room has very nice and comfortable padded chirs as is common in many high end stores like this.
Ask store employees for help if you are not able to find it right away.
