Breastfeeding and breast pumping Moms traveling through Bob Hope Airport now have help and convenience with lactation pods for private nursing. The breastfeeding pod located in Terminal A, across from Gate A4, has seating, a fold-down table, motion-activated interior lighting, power outlets with USB ports and a wireless locking system that can be opened with a smartphone app or airport staff in charge of the pod.

Previously the airport had no accommodations for nursing mothers, but now also plan to install a second pod in september 2018 in Terminal B, across from Gate B4.
