Ngee Ann City mall has the basic breastfeeding and breast pumping amenities and is relatively clean.  Level B1 has a Sink, but no electrical points. Level B2 has a Sink, electrical point for mums with electric breast pumps, hot water dispenser , and waiting area (outside). Alternatively, you may also use the nursing rooms located inside Takashimaya nearby.
