New York  University states: Two additional private nursing mothers rooms are located at 25 West 4th Street on the Classroom Level in the former lounge area of the Women's Restroom. 

These lactation rooms offer the greatest flexibility, are available on a first-come, first-use basis, and do not require registration to use them.  Each room is equipped with an electrical outlet, table, comfortable chair, as well as paper towels, and a clock.

A changing table is also available at 25 West 4th Street and in several locations in the Kimmel Center
