The nursing room at Hougang Mall is brightly coloured and furnished with a hot and cold water dispenser, a sink, a padded diaper changing mat, four electrical points and an armchair. A curtain can be drawn around the armchair to create a space for nursing mothers to breastfeed. The nursing room can also be locked to ensure greater privacy and comfort for nursing mothers to breastfeed or express in peace.
