Neergaard Pharmacy on 5th Ave between 7th Ave & 6th Ave in Park Slope, Brooklyn apparently has a nursing room to accommodate mothers with hungry babies in the store. They will allow nursing mothers to use this space if they are in need of it for feeding or pumping.
