Sadly Pepsi Center (Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche stadium) DOES NOT provide a dedicated nursing mothers room to help breastfeeding and breastpumping moms at games and events.
Nursing mom's options for now is either openly breastfeed which state of Colorado legally allow you to do or use the first aid station.
Pepsi Center website stated: Nursing mothers requesting a more private location in which to breastfeed may use the first aid station (across from Section 132), any family restroom or contact any of the Guest Relations Kiosks at Pepsi Center for additional locations.
First Aid Locations: The first aid station is staffed by certified medical personnel and is located on the lower level across from Section 132. Paramedics are available during all events at the first aid station and regularly patrol the Arena. Please contact any usher for assistance.
Note: This space is NOT one of the official or proper dedicated NHL nursing rooms.
Note: State of Colorado protects nursing mothers right to publicly breastfeed whenever and wherever they may be in public or private places without fear of harassment.
This NBA team/NHL team and others have been contacted about creating proper hockey stadium nursing rooms.
Note: Report mom-shaming or harassment while nursing in public or near lactation rooms (breastfeeding rooms), at Moms Pump Here mobile site https://www.momspumphere.com #bfus |
