Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in the US Virgin Island DOES NOT provide a dedicated nursing mothers room. Ask the airport staff for help finding a private area to express breastmilk and they should be able to setup a temporary spot, hopefully with AC.

Be Aware: Passengers in early 2015 reported that the arrival terminal had no AC and bathrooms were being remodeled, so they had to use a portable trailer with four stalls, which did have AC.

The departing terminals do have AC however.
