There are other designated areas of the mall to express breastmilk quietly though can get crowded quickly, but this family lounge area is  very clean, beautiful, and has amenities including paded couches, a microwave, sink, counter table, and more.

"They let us know that on weekends, since the family room is near the food court, it can get very crowded.  There’s another family room on the second level, by the promenade, near CPK that offers changing tables, a sitting area and one room to feed the baby (although it was missing a curtain).  It did seem cleaner and had sliding glass doors, which created a better sense of privacy than the downstairs family room."
