There is a nursing mother’s room right outside of Belk department store on the second floor of Cool Springs Galleria. Amenities include a rocking chair. Also an outlet for moms who use a breast pump. 

The mother's room closes from inside to prevent others from entering while you nurse your baby or express milk by pumping. 

Also the women’s restroom in Belk department store has two chairs and a nice leather couch. There's also an ok diaper changing table.
