Coastal Carolina University has a designated lactation room on the second floor room 207 of Kimbel Library. The room requires a key to access which you get from the first-floor circulation desk in Kimbel Library. This nursing room is available to all faculty, staff, students and campus visitors as a private place to express milk on a first come first serve basis.

The room is furnished with beautiful wall decorations, soft lighting, comfy soft couch, small table with tissues and reading material, baby changing table with multiple disposal bins, a microwave for heating bottles, a small fridge for storing pumped milk, and additional free water and snacks in the fridge.
