Quinlan WIC Clinic lactation room is open and available for nursing mothers who come in and need our ervices or who simply need a quiet and private space to express breast milk according to their pumping schedule. Other moms simply want the privacy to breastfeed as they might not be ready to openly nurse, which is protected and allowed under Texas breastfeeding law.
