At IKEA store in Draper, Utah there is a family restroom with an easy chair and changing table. Note: This nursing area for breastfeeding and breastpumping mothers is inside the restroom, meaning it's not completely separate from the toilet areas.

Wish it was separate but if moms don't want to openly breastfeed which Utah allows, they can opt to use this room.
