Hyatt Regency in San Francisco has a Lounge on the top floor where quite a few nursing mothers will sometimes use as a more quiet area to breastfeed if there isn't another  available dedicated or private space around.

You are allowed to breastfeed whenever and wherever in the city of San Francisco and state of California. Nursing moms are are protected by the breastfeeding law there.
