London Gatwick Airport's have special babycare rooms designed for baby changing and feeding  indicated by either a bottle sign or a babycare symbol. You can find these facilities in the check-in area, on your way to the gates, in the transfer area and after passport control in arrivals.

South Terminal Baby Nursing Area:
There are nice sliding doors if you're unsure. There is nowhere nice to pump or breastfeed in the North Terminal but here the baby change includes a chair for pumping or feeding. There's no outlet but there is a locking door, sink and NO toilet! Pumping moms on the go know how nice that is! The room is clean, quiet and randomly smelled like cinnamon.
