The Royal Hotel Gympie pub in Queensland is nursing mum friendly. It had the perfect response to a neighbouring cafe that reportedly told breast feeding mums they had to ‘cover up or leave.’

Not only are they welcoming breastfeeding mothers with open arms, but they’re offering mums with little ones a much needed cup of tea – and it’s free.

Their specials board now reads: ‘Breastfeeding mums – pop in and have a free cup of tea if you need a pit stop.. no need to eat, no need to ask – please relax.’

Stacey Louise, manager at the pub, explained on Facebook: ‘I was appalled to hear that recently, a cafe in our town ordered some feeding mums to “cover up or leave”!! Like really???
