Austin Convention Center in (Austin, TX) has Mamava Lactation Stations for nursing mothers to use.  The convention center has two, which they move around based on need.  So, you need to contact maintenance or someone else at the convention center to find them.  When I used one in November 2015, it wasn't plugged in, and so I had to get in touch with maintenance to get it turned on (I needed power to pump).
