"Capital Mall is a model for family restrooms!  The restroom includes several individual changing stations with personal sinks and trash.  They even have bottle and wipe warmers.   The restroom also includes three private nursing rooms complete with nursing - friendly chairs.  Includes race cars and tables and chairs for the children.   They also have a TV screen with children's programming.   This feels more like a family lounge than restroom.   Kudos to Capital Mall for creating this family-friendly space!"

Caital Mall stated on it's website:

"This special spot for families features private nursing areas, baby changing-stations and a large family restroom.

The Family Lounge is located in the Food Court between Subway and Panda Express."

Washington state also gives moms legal right to breastfeed in public wherever they feel comfortable, so you can breastfeed in Capital Mall if you prefer not to use the dedicated nursing room.
